There are three packages that can be used depending on the type of shop that you have; drop-shipping, sale or return, or as a direct order with payment on receipt of goods. If you have an internet shop then drop-ship is the process we would recommend, otherwise if you are stocking a shop you may choose from sale or return, or a direct order. Below is a list of terms for each.
Drop-ship
· Toys are made as the orders come in.
· Most orders will be sent out within 2 weeks.
· It is the shop/company’s responsibility to inform us of the order and to word the order well enough so the correct toy will be sent.
· All the prices include Postage and Packing as 1stclass Royal Mail.
Sale or Return
· There is a credit limit on each shop of £200 for the first year, after this the limit is negotiable.
· It is the shop/company’s responsibility to re-order.
· Monies owing to Kate Murray Soft Toys must be paid each month at an allotted date by direct transfer or cheque.
· Any stolen or misplaced items are the responsibility of the shop/company and must be paid for.
· It is the shop/company’s responsibility to stay within the set RRP price and to remove the amount of commission that has been agreed (normally 40%). This commission cannot be changed without a two month notice period.
· Orders will not have priority over direct sales, but will try to be sent within 28 days.
Direct Order
· A shops order will be dispatched as soon as possible but not exceeding 28 days (normally within 14 days depending on the time of year).
· Payment is required within 28 days of the order arriving in the shop.
· Re-ordering of the toys is the shop/company’s responsibility.
· Retail prices can be set by the shop/company although RRP will be given (markets do differ so you can ‘play’ with the prices).
· Any order over 100 units will have a 10% discount on the trade price.
· Postage and packing is charged at £10 per order (unless it is under 10 units which is £4.50) and all orders will either be sent by courier or via 1st class Royal Mail.
